• Can you create a Jamiroquai SMS biography?

    Here at Jamiroquai.com we've got a few biographies for the band - the first is the full biography that was updated with the release of the High Times greatest hits album and as you can imagine for a band that's been around as long as Jamiroquai, there's plenty to say.

    We've shortened it down and made a short biography but wanted to see if we could squeeze it into something the size of a SMS (text) message for a mobile/cell phone.  Cell phone SMS messages have a maximum of 160 characters (unless you use alphabets such as Chinese) so we've had a go and created an SMS (single message) sized biography:

    Jamiroquai lead by JK r UK No1 funk, jazz n soul band 7 albums 3 dvds 26 hit singles +5mtv, grammy & I novello. www.Jamiroquai.com 4 mr

    We're sure you, the fans can do better, so we'd like you to have a think and try and write a mini SMS-sized biography for the band.  Please include as much information as you can into the "message" and we'll then pick a selection of your efforts and add them onto Jamiroquai.com.  We will also pick out a few random entries and send out some Jamiroquai goodies to say thank you.

    It's not really a competition, there's no first place prize or anything - we just want to see what you can think of and squeeze into no more than 160 characters (if you go over this limit by a few characters we won't get upset!).  The only other rule is that you must include the word "Jamiroquai" in full and also "jamiroquai.com" (or "www.jamiroquai.com").
